Features

PGE's commitment to fostering an ongoing dialogue on contemporary issues fulfills a need for timely information on specialized products and services offered in the investment community. Prominent speakers from the public and private sector join the quarterly meetings to share ideas with members. The wide scope of discussions reflects the variety of interests of PGE members. Some other features associated with membership include:

  • Formal information sharing network.
  • Quarterly meetings in New York City. Meetings are frequently held at the Yale Club or hosted by firms related to the investment industry.
  • Networking lunch with members and speakers after each quarterly meeting.
  • Direct mailings from Informa Investment Solutions prior to each meeting which provide information on the meeting date, time, place and directions to the meeting location. Members must notify IIS in advance if they plan to attend the meeting.
  • "Job Openings" newsletter distributed to past and present PGE members. Pension Group East members may submit openings to be distributed to this mailing list.
  • Surveys opportunities where PGE participants can poll their fellow members on varied topics. Surveys are generally free. Both survey originator and responders can remain anonymous.
